Anytime you tackle a bathroom home remodeling project, keep in mind the elements that you won't be changing. For instance, if your sink is staying, then your new Waterfall faucets and handles need to match the color and design and style of the sink. An antique sink with contemporary faucets almost certainly would look odd to visitors. Be flexible. Consider the color and type of spout that would look good with that basin and any other nearby lavatory hardware. Is there a particular faucet finish (bronze, chrome, copper, nickel, etc.) that you especially adore? Any of these finishes may send a different message to visitors. You might want the functional utility of a thermostatic valve. Just be sure it matches the nozzle and sprayhead and the rest of your unit.
